You have probably heard since you were a child "eat your vegetables","finish your beans", "you cant have dessert until you eat your carrots"...well for good reason! Vegetables are a very important source of many nutrients, like fiber, potassium, many different types of vitamins. All of which are important to maintain healthy function of all parts of your body. If you do not enjoy eating vegetables this drink is made for you! It contains 37 fruits and vegetables, all of which are full spectrum (so the entire rainbow), from broccoli, to red peppers, eggplant, purple potatoes, to blueberries. One scoop gives you a full serving of fruits and vegetables, and all you need to do is mix it with some water and you're good to go! Plus its delicious! My drink also contains pre and probiotics to support a healthy gut biome, it helps with my digestion, i also put some naturally derived caffeine in there that comes from green tea and ginseng! Tastes like a fizzy pop, but without the bubbles and without all the sugar! I guess you can say this drink is a powerhouse drink, mix all 3 things in 1L of water first thing in the morning every single day, and watch your body absolutely FLOURISH!
