Healing Turmeric Smoothie

Hi Guys!! Welcome back to another blog post! Today i am going to share with you my new absolute favourite smoothie to have for breakfast! Its a "turmeric latte" pumpkin spice protein shake!! HOW GOOD?! This recipe has a lot of benefits such as: - reduce inflammation - boost metabolism - improves stress manageability - elevates energy & mood - combats free radicals and supports cellular regeneration - contains 20 grams of vegan protein and 20 different vitamins and minerals - promotes detoxification Ingredients: - 2 scoops of Arbonne's vegan pumpkin spice protein - 1 scoop Arbonne's fiber boost - 1 tablespoon Sun Mylk powder (all organic - turmeric, maca, cinnamon, ginger, ashwaganda, nutmeg, black pepper, pink himalayan salt) - frozen banana - vanilla almond milk Blend all of these ingredients together and ENJOY! I am telling you it is so delicious and the PERFECT fall drink!
