"Healthy" Reece's PB Cups
Welcome back to another blog post!! This one is going to be mouth watering and delicious - so i hope you have got a sweet tooth. I personally cannot have a lot of dairy as my body reacts in many negative ways, but peanut butter cups are my favourite chocolate treat so i had to make these! I hope you enjoy them as much as i do, they can be made vegan or non vegan so everyone really wins with this dessert!! Keep reading to find out how to make them!
Reeces Peanut Butter Cups Ingredients: 1 bag chocolate chips (vegan optional) 1/3 cup peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter) i used peanut 1 scoop vanilla protein (i used Arbonne) Directions: - Mix the protein and nut butter until smooth. - Melt half of the chocolate chips until fully melted, while those are melting place cupcake liners in a baking tray. - Pour thin layer of chocolate in the tray and place in the fridge to harden. - Scoop small layer of your filling and spread evenly across the hardened chocolate base and place back in fridge to cool. - Once cool, pour another layer of chocolate on top of the filling and place in the freezer for one last time until set fully. Take out of the freezer and ENJOY! If you let them sit out for about 5-10 minutes to thaw out they will be the perfect consistency. Chocolately and tastes JUST like a peanut butter cup without all of the artificial yuck in it! 3 simple ingredients! I hope you enjoyed it as much as me!
