Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies: Soft & Chocolately
Alright guys! I have found a delicious cookie recipe for you all! If you are vegan don't worry it can simply be made that way!
The classic dessert, the essential before bed snack, lovingly dunked in a big glass of cold milk. Nothing beats a good batch of freshly baked cookies coming out of the oven. Full of melted chocolate chips, perfectly golden brown on the outside and the softest bite you’ve ever had in a cookie, this cookie recipe is one of the all time best!!
You will need the following ingredients: 1 & 3/4 cups all purpose flour 1 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup almond milk 2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix butter and sugars in a bowl until fluffy and creamy, using a mixer. Add the milk and vanilla and beat together until fully combined ! Add flour, baking soda and salt into the bowl, fold together and then mix well until combined. Mix in chocolate chips and cover, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, scoop the cookie dough in 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes on the middle rack of your oven!
Let sit for 5 minutes to cool down before you eat!
